Sorry for being quiet. There are currently loads of things going on here at The Cakery at the moment. Just a quick update on the cakery slots for this week. Slots will be available all weekend..and thats how it will be from now on. Brownies & Blondies all weeeekend, every weekend of the year!!!

A foodie post coming up soon. I’ve decided to transform the blog to a brownie shop/ food blog just to keep things interesting. I’ve always wanted to have a food blog but never found the time to open up a proper one..so i tot hey, i have space here. why not use it to talk about food and lets all get fat together. haha

Hi all! I’m back to baking 2 times a week guys! And here are this week’s slots

As you can see , I’ve introduced a new brownie to the menu. Been getting alot of good feedback for these lovelies. It has the right amount of fudgy-ness, sweetness and chocolatey-ness, making them purrrfect for your  chocolate cravings. Girls i’m sure you know what i’m talking about So get them either this Thursday or Saturday for only $20 a box.

Although if for some (strange)reason, extremefudgydecadence isn’t really your thang feel free to choose whatever you like from the menu above.

I also cater to those who want a little bit more love on their brownies/blondies. Extra toppings of either Hazelnuts, Almonds , Walnuts , Peanuts ,Peanut butter cups or Daim  would cost $1.00 extra!

One of the drawbacks of living in a small populated country is  that , unless you’re talking about daily necessities, FOR EVERYTHING ELSE, there are usually only a handful of distributors importing a type of product. In the case of Reeses Pieces Peanut butter cups, from what i found, there’s only ONE distributor in the whole of Brunei that imports them .. so when THEY dont have it.. chances are, NOBODY ELSE has it! and when nobody else has it.. well.. Sas doesn’t have any peanut butter cup brownies to sell!!!

However, no to worry!  those craving for  these Peanut Butter Cups  delights can now breathe easier as my Reeses pieces peanut butter cup stock has finally landed (courtesy of my cousin who went to singapore for a highschool reunion - BIG LOVE!).

Although i did took in a handful of Peanut butter blondie orders for this week, those who are in search for the chocolate Brownies might have to wait until Tuesday to get some of the brownie love. • Peanut Butter Blondie $20 per 8×8 tray- This is different to the PBCs as it is made up of mostly peanut butter and brownsugar. Its chocolate-less but still oh so very very good!!!

YAY. The site is finally up!!!! Big thanks to my girl Livie for being ‘very accomodating’. I really appreciate it babe. I owe you 100,00000,00000,00000 Brownies!

Anyway, as i have mentioned in my personal blog:-

Brownies by Sas will be participating in Ranoadidas’ 6th Anniversary bonanza at the ICENTRE. The Stall will be open for public between 3:30pm onwards. This will also be The Cakery’s first appearance in public EVER and will have the following items on the menu:-

- Original Swiss Chocolate Brownies
- Original Swiss Chocolate Brownies with Peanut Butter Cups
- Original Swiss Chocolate Brownies with Nuts (almonds and hazelnut)

I will  also be introducing (limited numbers) of BLONDIES such as

- Swiss White Chocolate Blondies
- Rich Peanut Butter Blondies topped with Daim and (more) Peanut Butter ganache.
